Co-Founder and CEO of XPERTCARE®. Emmanuel brings expertise in public health, healthcare administration, and management. Prior to XPERTCARE®, he was the Associate Director of Masters of Science Programs at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School where he established systems and processes of managing over 1200 students. He was also the Program Manager of the Master of Science in Health Care Management program where he oversaw educational activities of students in the program. He also worked on healthcare projects with different companies including Inova Hospital, Somatus, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. As a recognition of his leadership, he was selected to participate in the Johns Hopkins University Leadership Development Program – a premier training program for JHU leaders. He is an expert in the areas of strategic planning, streamlining processes, market assessment, new business development, and project management. He has been on numerous assignments overseas including business trips to China, Kenya, India, Rwanda, and Turkey. He got his undergraduate degree from Makerere University in Uganda, Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from University of Witwatersrand South Africa, MBA from University of Maryland University College, MHA from University of Maryland University College. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Dr. Lisa Di Enno, M.D., FAAP
Co-C.E.O. and Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Lisa Di Enno is a Chief Medical Officer at XpertCare. As the CMO she oversees all clinical operations, hires and supervises providers, trains new providers and manages budgets. Before this role, Dr. Di Enno was the Medical Director of XpertCare Medical Group and the Digital Clinic in California. Dr. Di Enno is a Board-Certified General Pediatrician with over five years of clinical experience caring for our nation's littlest heroes - the children of our military’s active-duty personnel. Her time in the Navy has been spent attending deliveries of both well and critically ill babies, providing routine well-care and acute visits for kids of all ages, assisting the ER with emergency consultations, and mentoring trainees at all levels of medical education.While she was very sad to leave her military kids and families, Dr. Di Enno is excited to continue service military families as a civilian Pediatrician. Using the latest digital technology, she is looking forward to reducing the burden on parents by bringing quality medical care to busy families in the comfort of their own homes.
Dr. Susan Huang
Harvard trained Physician-innovator passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology and process improvement. Expert in telemedicine and novel care delivery models. Currently at Palo Alto Medical Foundation/Sutter Healthcare, executing telemedicine efforts and innovation in care delivery. Previous Departmental Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Former Chief Resident and Chair of Quality Improvement Committee for the Harvard Combined Residency Program in Dermatology. Susan received her bachelor's degree from Harvard University and trained at Harvard Medical School where she also completed post graduate training.
Clinical expertise beyond general dermatology include contact dermatitis, skin cancer, and acne.
Dr. Garry Choy
MD, MBA, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Garry Choy, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Advisor. He is a physician-entrepreneur and executive focused on healthcare informatics and innovation. Co-founder of CredSimple, a venture backed healthcare technology platform that digitizes and automates the currently labor-intensive and manual processes of medical credentialing and provider data management. CredSimple improves the verification process through better technology and query of practitioner primary source data.
Most recently Assistant Chief Medical Information Officer for Advanced Technologies at Massachusetts General Physicians Organization at MGH responsible for innovation and healthcare informatics/analytics. Currently focused on quality improvement and health IT - managing applications for a data analytics platform and developing a web-based learning platform for physicians. Clinical interests are focused on cardiothoracic, abdominal, and emergency imaging. Additional interests include applying technology and quality improvement strategies in telemedicine and global health. Garry also serves as Chief Medical Officer of Q, a venture-backed digital health company (Founders Fund and Andreessen Horowitz) building technology that quantifies, digitizes, and simulates human physiology.
Also has served as faculty member teaching at Harvard Medical School and Harvard College. Received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, a Masters of Science in Operations Research/Economic-Engineering Systems from Stanford University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. Completed medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine as well as Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Mass General Hospital.
Mark Harary, MD
Director of Sports Medicine Service
Dr. Mark Harary is Board Certified in Sports Medicine and Family Medicine. He went to medical school at Ross University, where he graduated with honors in 2002. He completed a family medicine residency at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and then completed his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.
Dr. Harary specializes in the non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal problems in both pediatric and adult patients. He has a special interest in treating concussions, osteoarthritis, fractures and other acute injuries. He employs the most up to date treatments for these conditions, including ultrasound guided injections, PRP and Stem Cell treatments. He enjoys helping his patients return to, and maintain, active lifestyles.
Dr. Harary is a concussion specialist with St. Charles Hospital’s ThinkSMART!™ Concussion Management Program which provides baseline testing and concussion management for over 40 school districts in Suffolk County. He serves as the sideline team physician for the Commack High School and Miller Place High School football teams.
Dr. Scott Falkowitz, D.O.
Director of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Service
Dr. Scott Falkowitz Dr. Scott Falkowitz is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell on Long Island. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, then going on to complete his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with honors in 2010. He completed his residency training in General Psychiatry at the Zucker Hillside Hospital in Glen Oaks, New York. His fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry was at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia and Cornell Universities in New York City. He is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Throughout his career, Dr. Falkowitz has worked across a wide spectrum of care, including inpatient, outpatient, school-based, and Emergency Psychiatry. In addition, he has been helping to expand services in Telepsychiatry and Collaborative Care by working with Pediatricians across New York State to collaborate and empower them to manage mild to moderate mental health conditions in their patient populations.His passion lies in helping to assist in the development of novel models of service delivery which utilize technological innovations to bridge gaps in access to care. He is invested in working directly with kids and families, as well as their Pediatric providers, to ensure that they receive timely and appropriate evidence-based care. He is hopeful that his work with XpertCare will help to deliver mental health services in a comfortable, engaging, and whole-person approach to the population in need across the country.
Dr. Padma Iyengar, M.D.
Director, Pediatric Partnerships
Dr. Padma Iyengar is a Board-Certified Pediatrician. Padma has over 20 years of general pediatrics experience in diverse clinical settings. As an Advisor to Xpertcare, she supports business development by providing expert clinical insights into operational and implementation decisions. Padma strongly believes that XpertCare's telemedicine platform can help with timely access to quality specialty care, irrespective of the location of patients and families.
As the Director of Pediatric Partnerships, Padma also focuses on building positive partnerships between primary care providers and Xpertcare's specialist network. Padma did her Medical School training and Pediatric Residency training at University of Mumbai, India. She also completed another Pediatric Residency at Hurley Medical Center and Michigan State University combined program.
Padma is a mother of two beautiful girls and lives in Marietta, Georgia. She is very passionate about mental health prevention and care, regularly practices and promotes mindfulness programs in her community. In her spare time, she leads the School Wellness committee, volunteers at Free clinics in Atlanta area and loves gardening.
