Service Fees

XpertCare Pediatrics, California has the following types of visits: 45 minutes for new patients or 25 minutes for a sick visit or follow-up.

Insurance

XpertCare accepts patients covered by the following insurance companies: TRICARE WEST, CIGNA, AETNA, AND UHC. In addition to insured patients,

XpertCare is an in-network provider for Tricare patients and we are delighted to have Pediatricians who have served in the Military and understand Military families on a personal level. There is no out-of-pocket payment for patients with Tricare Prime Insurance who use Virtual Pediatric Urgent Care Services.

XpertCare also accepts self-pay patients. For self-pay patients, when you select a service (new patient, sick visit, or follow-up visit), you will be required to provide payment before an appointment can be scheduled.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit Cards.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel the appointment less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.
